According to the customer needs carbon steel, stainless steel and copper tubes are used.

The tube diameter and thickness is designed according to the project by also considering the design and corrosion conditions. Generally the diameters of the bended carbon and stainless steel tubes are in between 3/4” and 5” (33.7mm and 141mm)

In serpantine production the carbon steel and stainless steel tubes are added to each other by TIG welding methods. The copper tubes are added to each other by silver soldering methods.

Hot oil boiler serpantines can be manufactured according to the project given by the customer with pass choices changing between 1 and 5.

The minimum axial diameter can change according to the tube material and tube diameter.
